u3a is a friendly community for people who are no longer working full-time, so ideal for those who are retired and want to stay socially active, learn new skills, make new friends and share interests in the Otley area. We offer over twenty groups and activities meeting regularly in Otley, from Walking and Games to Arts, Crafting, Photography, Tai Chi and Social Discussion groups. Come and meet current u3a members, ask questions and find out about our Otley groups over a cup of tea or coffee. These information social sessions are perfect if you are considering joining u3a or just looking to meet new people in retirement.

We have reserved the foyer space at Otley Courthouse, Courthouse St, LS21 3AN. The café now has a super dooper coffee machine. It's accessible, there's parking nearby and it's a short walk from the bus station. We'd love to see you, whether you're currently a member or thinking about joining. 2026

Otley Action for Older People hold an IT Support Drop in on Mondays 9:30-11:30 at the Chippendale Centre near the bus station.
There is no need to book and it's free.
