An opportunity to join an exisiting group to enjoy circle dancing for its benefits to fitness, mental well being and to meet some new folk. It's lots of fun!

Wear loose clothing and comfortable, light footwear

Refreshments: Tea, coffee, biscuits.

Cost: Cash donation of £2 for refreshments.
