Ilkley BID Health & Wellness Event

Following the success of last year's Health and Wellness Event at the King's Hall and Winter Garden, Ilkley BID have decided to hold a similar event on Saturday 30th September 2023.

The event will cover Health and Wellbeing plus Physical and Mental Health. It will be promoted in the Ilkley Gazette, Discover Ilkley Social Media, and a Rombalds podcast.

This year Ilkley & District u3a have been invited to take a stand. This will not only increase awareness of our activities to a wider public, but so much of what we do is about maintaining an active interest in life through our various interest groups and events.

The recent iniative with the gym membership scheme at the Ilkley Tennis club is one that is expected to be of great interest to visitors. To learn more about this "off peak" membership scheme, select this link.
