Guided Stroll through Lister Park led by Veronica Youngson

Join u3a member Veronica Youngman who is a local historian and keen botanist for a guided walk.  Hear about the wealth of history, art and botany to be found in these gardens which were gifted to the City in 1870.

You may want to follow this with a visit to the cafeteria in the Cartwright Gallery, situated in the park and/or to the gallery itself.

Alternatively meet in the first carriage of the 13.21 train from Ilkley to Bradford. The park is a ten minute walk uphill from Frizinghall Station.
