“The Zoom’s Head Pub Quiz” with Quizzers Jean Smith and John Hancock

We do hope you will join in the spirit of this attempt to do something different. A “pub style” quiz but without a pie & mash supper, a drink or the need to drive home afterwards.

So how is this going to work? Well we all need a bit of imagination to think we are in the Zoom’s Head Public House.

• Once everyone has arrived, we will randomly allocate our quizzers into teams of 5 or 6. This will be your team for the whole quiz.
• The quiz master will then ask a round of questions, mainly general knowledge but some on “name that tune” and “where am I?”
• Each team will then be sent into their own side room of the pub to agree amongst themselves the correct answers.
• After a few minutes, the quiz master will get everyone back together to share the answers. We will announce the score before moving on to the next round.
