Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is organised by Ilkley & District u3a, Registered Charity No.: 1070945, and Friends of Ilkley Railway Station (FOIRS), Registered Charity No.: 1197227.
2. There are 50 winning prizes, each consisting of a single regular coffee or tea (one per winner) to take away from La Stazione, 6 Station Plaza, Station Road, Ilkley, LS29 8HF.
3. The closing date for entries is 11:59 pm on Tuesday 30th June. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

How to Enter

1. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person/email address is permitted.
2. Each prize consists of a single regular coffee or tea (breakfast or herbal) with no flavour shots or additional embellishments. Prizes must be claimed and redeemed at La Stazione before 4:00 pm on Monday 31st August.
3. FOIRS and Ilkley & District u3a accept no responsibility for lost or mislaid entries, including any technical or system failures, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, or software malfunction of any kind.
4. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any questions should be directed to events@ilkleyu3a.org.
5. FOIRS and Ilkley & District u3a reserve the right to withhold the prize from anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. Unless otherwise stated, the draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over, except representatives of FOIRS and Ilkley & District u3a, their families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

The Draw

1. The 50 winners will be selected at random during week commencing 1^st July 2026 by Trustees of Ilkley & District u3a. Their decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection.
2. Winners will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) within 3 days of selection. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.
3. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes must be redeemed before 4:00 pm on Monday 31st August.
4. FOIRS and Ilkley & District u3a's decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
5. FOIRS and Ilkley & District u3a reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw without notice.

Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOIRS and Ilkley & District u3a accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation in the prize draw, except where caused by negligence of FOIRS, Ilkley & District u3a, their agents, employees, or volunteers. Statutory rights are unaffected.

1. FOIRS and Ilkley & District u3a are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information will only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Ilkley & District u3a Privacy Policy, available at: https://ilkleyu3a.org.
2. By entering, you consent to your personal information being used by FOIRS, Ilkley & District u3a, or their agents for the administration of the prize draw only.
3. Winners agree to be featured in publicity on the FOIRS and Ilkley & District u3a websites and social media channels in connection with this prize draw only.
