your membership fee. By ticking the 'yes' button when you join on-line, you are certifying that
you comply with the following:

am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less income tax and/or
Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my
donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any
difference"
Before
you tick the 'yes' button to say you wish to Gift Aid your membership
subscription, please make sure you agree with the following statement "I
would like to Gift Aid my donation (membership subscription) and any
donations I make in the future or have made in the past 4 years to
Ilkley and District Third Age Trust."
Please then download the Gift Aid Declaration by clicking here.
Complete it in handwriting and then submit it to the Membership
Secretary. You can do this by post or by scanning it and sending it as
an email attachment to membership@ilkleyu3a.org.
