Description:

Non-contact karate skills and drills. (Glasses can be worn throughout – gives an idea that this is non-combative.)

Beginners and experienced members welcomed.

You will develop at your own pace, according to your fitness and health.

Loose fitting, tracksuit type clothing is sufficient.

Balance, self-confidence and core strength will be developed with practice.

Experienced practitioners can participate in more advanced, contact drills.

The group is coached by three 5th Dan Shukokai, one of which is female.

Monday 2:30 – 3:30 and Friday 10:30 – 11:30

Weekly. You can attend either or both sessions
