Non-contact karate skills and drills. (Glasses can be worn throughout – gives an idea that this is non-combative.) Beginners and experienced members welcomed. You will develop at your own pace, according to your fitness and health. Loose fitting, tracksuit type clothing is sufficient. Balance, self-confidence and core strength will be developed with practice. Experienced practitioners can participate in more advanced, contact drills. |
