Even after Brexit the EU remains our closest partner. The (developments in the) politics, economy, trade, society and environment in the EU and in individual European nations, as well as their international relations with the rest of the world continue to be of relevance and interest for us in the UK. However this is likely to be less reported upon by the British media now the UK is not part of the EU anymore. This group is complementing this by looking in depth at and discussing European issues. At each session there is room to do so for current events but also for specific pre-selected subjects in depth based on information collected by volunteering members. |

Thursdays 10.00 -12.00 fortnightly. |
| Cost: | There is no cost for venue hire but it is expected that all group members will support the venue by at least purchasing a drink. |
