Dancing in a circle is a long established way of bringing communities together. Variations are evident around the world, encompassing wide range of styles and rhythms that can be integrated in to modern music. Circle Dancing is joyful, low impact exercise for mind, body and soul. It is a great way of meeting people - old friends or new acquaintances. There will be chance for a chat over a cup of tea in the break. Absolute beginners welcome. All you need are soft, comfortable shoes and clothing. A willingness to chip in with small tasks like tea/coffee, chairs etc will be appreciated. |
