Film “Spellbound”

This is a documentary which shows the intense, real-life experiences of eight driven young spellers from very different backgrounds as they compete for the top prize in the “American National Spelling Bee”

The film will be preceded by a short talk explaining what lies behind the Americans’ obsession with spelling.
