We will consider some of the questions you may ask yourself when looking at paintings, to show how, with little or no initial understanding, you can improve your enjoyment of art and make visits to galleries more rewarding.

It will include a brief look at some iconic works, but some lesser known ones as well. The aim is to raise awareness of the subject and encourage everyone to take a more active interest in the world of painting.

No expertise or prior knowledge of the subject is required at all! The session is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience.
