Membership Renewal Instructions

Membership renewals for 2021-2022 can now be accepted and the fee of £13.50 remains the same as in previous years.

To Renew and Pay Online using a Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card (the preferred option)

Login to our website and click on your name at the top of the screen, under the main banner.  Scroll down the page until you see the "Renew to 01 August 2022" button.  Click on the button and follow the onscreen instructions.  The final payment page will look like this:

Please enter your credit/debit card Number, End Date, CVC number, Name on Card and your Post Code.

Other Ways to Renew Your Membership

By online or telephone banking:

Follow the renewal process outlined above but do not select to pay on-line. You can then make your transfer into the Membership Account (sort code 30-94-53, account number 16096160).

Make sure that your full name appears on the bank transfer so we can identify you. If space permits, please also include your invoice number (e.g. Jane S Darby 17450), which is available after you activate your renewal online.
By Post (only if you are unable to pay any other way):

Complete a renewal form (download here). Cheques should be made payable to 'Ilkley and District U3A' and sent to the Membership Secretary at 6 Lisker Avenue, Otley, LS21 1DG.  Put your email address, phone number or postcode on the back of the cheque so we can identify youPlease make sure your cheque is filled out correctly before sending.

    (When paying for 2 people at the same address, don't forget to include both names especially if the surnames are different)

    Gift Aid
