How to Join Ilkley & District u3a
Our membership year runs from 1 August - 31 July and the fee is £13.50 per person. Please read our Member Code of Conduct before joining so that you are aware of the ethos of our u3a. Click here to access the Code of Conduct and the Principles of the u3a movement.
You can join:
- online using Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards. This is the preferable method.
- by downloading an application form (click here) and posting it to the Membership Secretary - the address is on the form. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ENROLMENT FORM PRINTED IN THE ANNUAL PROGRAMME.
We offer several payment methods - see 'Ways to Pay' tab on the Join Us page. If paying by cheque, please include it with your membership application. Once we have received your payment, your membership will be activated and you will receive an automatic email confirmation of membership.
you wish to join a particular group, please check there are places
available first. You can do this by following the enquiry link on the
relevant group page.
contact details will be used to inform you about u3a activities and
other matters of interest. Your name and address will also be uploaded via a secure web portal to the printer/distributor of 'Third Age Matters', the national magazine of the u3a. Should you so wish, there is an option on the application form to opt out of receiving the magazine.
