Name: |
Drawing |
Description: |
This group is for anyone, of whatever initial ability, who would love to practise and improve their drawing skills in an enjoyable, sociable, supportive and completely non-competitive environment. You will be free to follow your own interests but the group may have ‘themes’ of subjects or techniques in the hope that improvements are made through time. There will be some expert guidance for those who wish it, but often the learning is through sharing and seeing how other people work and comparing approaches. Materials: you do not need to buy lots of expensive equipment. At the start just bring along a sketch pad (A4 at least), pencils (B and 2B) plus eraser if you expect to need it!. Later on you may wish to explore other media including colour, charcoal, pastel etc. |
